Who is Sam?
I'm Sam Lodge: online coach, hybrid athlete, and full-time office worker.I've run marathons, ultramarathons, and half marathons. I lift regularly and I've built a lean, strong physique around a demanding 9-5. I'm not a full-time athlete with unlimited time, I'm someone who has figured out how to do both, consistently, without burning out. And I help others do the same.
